Vitamin E: virtues for the skin ... but not only

 

The greatest asset of vitamin E is that it is antioxidant.

This means that it protects our cells against oxidation which the abyss, making us age in passing.

How have his dose of vitamin E?

It starts with diet, of course.

Vitamin E is fat soluble, which means that foods that contain fat are mostly - but we all know today that all fats are not created equal.

So bet on:

• Some vegetable oils: wheat germ, sunflower, nuts (preferably unrefined oils).

 

• And other foods rich in vitamin E, such as egg yolk, butter, whole grains, but also sardines, avocado and all oilseeds (peanuts, hazelnuts, almonds ...)

You can also directly feed your skin with Vitamin E by applying creams that are rich in it (on the labels, aim tocopherols, the scientific name of vitamin E). Or with one stone two birds, and use on your skin vegetable oils rich in vitamin E, such as avocado oil, for example.
